\A great book from a humble founder who simply built + sold his SAAS startup - no fluff, no BS, no self promoting. I’d actually really recommend this book.

Hiring - three questions:

  1. Would they enjoy working here?
  2. Would I enjoy working with them?
  3. Could they do the job?
  4. Hire people like yourself. Big theme = positivity.

  • PMF - Don’t be in a rush to get big, be in a rush to have a great product.
    • Be lean. Limits create boundaries. Strive to do less, better.
    • Urgency inspires efficiency.
    • Focus on pleasing customers not investors.
